Welcome to Yumbaba ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our food delivery app ("Service") available in Pakistan. By using Yumbaba, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To use some features of the app, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Orders and Delivery

  • Orders placed through the app are subject to restaurant availability and operating hours.

  • Estimated delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless the restaurant agrees.

4. Payments

  • All prices are displayed in PKR.

  • We use secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

5. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order not delivered.

  • Wrong items delivered.

  • Spoiled or contaminated food (subject to proof and verification). Please contact support at help@yumbaba.com for refund requests within 24 hours of the incident.

6. Restaurant Listings and Menu Items

We display menus and items as provided by partner restaurants. We are not liable for any discrepancies, allergens, or inaccurate information.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or abuse the platform.

  • Use fake accounts or impersonate others.

  • Post false reviews or engage in fraudulent activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, text, images, and software is the property of Yumbaba or its partners. You may not use any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery.

  • Food quality (responsibility lies with the restaurant).

  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Yumbaba, you consent to such processing.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms or any unlawful behavior.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City, Pakistan].
